Bay State Appoints Karin Gaffney Vice President, Commercial Lender

WORCESTER, MA / May 21 – Bay State Savings Bank is proud to announce Karin Gaffney has been appointed Vice President – Commercial Lender at the Bank’s 28 Franklin Street location in Worcester, MA.

Mrs. Gaffney joined Bay State Savings Bank in May 2019. Previously, she served as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Enterprise Bank in Leominster, MA and Rockland Trust in Waltham, MA. She bears over 30 years of banking experience. She also served as District 7910 Governor of Rotary International in Central Massachusetts.

Mrs. Gaffney serves as Director of the Nature Connection at Concord, MA and Gifts of Hope Unlimited, Inc. in Sudbury, MA. She serves on several other advisory committees for local non-profit boards.

Mrs. Gaffney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Clemson University. She currently resides in Littleton, MA with her husband Dana. She has three children, Christopher, Caroline, and Connor.
